Our firm works with governmental agencies in community engagement preparing environmental clearances for HUD projects, affordable housing policy, and economic stimulus plans for underserved communities.
We also work with Community Development Corporations, and small rural and urban community organizations on strategies for sustainable development.

| Eastside CDC/SCSPA Mitigation JC & Associates has developed a strategy that provides the Eastside CDC and the South Carolina Ports Authority a path forward to a Mitigation Agreement that provides economic tools that addresses community impacts and economic concerns. |
